The prices are reasonable the ice cream is okay, but if they can learn how to actually make an ice cream cone instead of a big blob on top of a cone that falls right off, and then they expect you to pay for another one obviously 🙄 i Had to ask for a cup for my mom's ice cream because it almost fell off the cone. The staff I asked them for a root beer float, and there was 2 different options. I asked them which one would be better because I haven't had 1 since I was a kid and the girl hesitated for a minute with an attitude, says, I don't know. And rolls her eyes they are very unprofessional, nothing against the ownership, but I think you need new workers. That actually have customer service and know how to make ice cream also. I'm not going to lie.I will be taking my business elsewhere.Yeah, anywhere, but here just because I felt guilty.Eating the ice cream after the way She rolled her eyes at me and was rude.Like , as if I owed her something or I wasn't spending enough to be acknowledged as a human being thank you, but no, thank you. To Whom It May Concern, I’ve been a loyal customer of Scoops for years and have always enjoyed my experiences at this location. I’ve recommended your shop over other local ice cream spots because of the great service and consistency in the past. Unfortunately, my last two visits within the past month have been disappointing and frustrating, which is why I feel the need to bring this to your attention. On both occasions, I ordered three scoops of ice cream—Cookies and Cream, Moose Tracks, and Peanut Butter Paradise. These are flavors I’ve ordered countless times, so I know what to expect. However, both times I received what looked like only two scoops. When I asked about it, I was told that the third scoop was “inside the cone.” While technically true, I’ve never known the scoop at the bottom of the cone to count as a separate scoop. In all my years of getting ice cream—at Scoops and elsewhere—when I pay for three scoops, I can clearly see three scoops stacked on top of each other. This new way of serving feels misleading and leaves customers feeling shortchanged. What made the experience worse was the lack of flexibility or willingness to correct the issue. No ice cream what so ever..brought to their attention and she said that they have 9oz of ice cream in a banana split..that may be 1-2 ozs of ice cream.. I get these from here often and have never seen it like that!! Lost my business for sure! 15.30 for 2 and that is what you are putting out lol the toppings cost more $ and there were way more of them ???? Makes no sense 🤔

Great flavor selection! We tried lemon blueberry, blue Cookie Monster, coconut, and banana pudding. It was all awesome. Prices were very fair… $4.60 for two scoops in a waffle cone. About $3.50 for my toddler to have a scoop in a cup. Wish they had more outdoor seating, but the trade off is that there is a lot of available parking which is a headache at other ice cream stands… so not a big deal. We didn’t wait long either and staff was really nice. Can’t wait to come back.
